About the role

Join the team at Yoon&Co., a leading hair and beauty salon in Robina, Queensland. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our loyal and growing client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims

• Ensuring exceptional customer service see and a premium experience for all clients

• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your work area

• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through proactive client engagement

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in barbering or hairdressing, with experience in a salon or barbershop setting

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver a premium grooming experience

• Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa to be eligible for employment
