We’re looking for a practical, dependable person who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work and can be trusted to get the job done.

This role would suit someone from a farming, machinery, transport, workshop or rural background who enjoys variety and doesn’t mind getting stuck into whatever needs doing.

We’re not necessarily looking for a qualified tradesperson.

We’re looking for the right person.

ABOUT US

Carmichael Entertainment operates large-scale touring live events across Australia,

Behind the scenes is a busy workshop, machinery, trucks, trailers, property maintenance and event logistics. We are a small team that values reliability, practical skills and people who take ownership of their work.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role based at our Croftby property near Boonah.

No two weeks are exactly the same.

You may be involved in:

• Loading and unloading equipment
• General workshop duties
• Washing and preparing trucks and equipment
• Basic servicing and maintenance
• Farm and property maintenance
• Spraying, fencing and general rural work
• Organising equipment and storage areas
• Assisting with repairs and fabrication projects
• Preparing equipment for events
• Assisting with event setup and pack-down when required

Formal qualifications are less important to us than attitude, work ethic and practical ability.
