The Company

Our client is a global leader in the crane and lifting industry, supplying some of the world's most recognised mobile and tower crane equipment. With a strong presence across Australia and a reputation for quality products and after-sales support, they continue to grow their Australian operations.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Spare Parts & Stores Coordinator to join their Queensland team based in Yatala.

The Position

This is a varied role that combines parts interpreting, customer service and hands-on stores responsibilities.

You will be responsible for supporting customers with spare parts enquiries while also assisting with the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and inventory function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Identifying and interpreting spare parts requirements
  • Preparing quotations and processing orders
  • Coordinating deliveries, freight and returns
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Operating a forklift and maintaining warehouse organisation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

This role would suit someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and likes the balance of office-based customer interaction and hands-on warehouse work.

The Candidate

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in spare parts, parts interpreting, stores or inventory control
  • Exposure to automotive, truck, machinery, heavy equipment, crane or related industries
  • Forklift licence and warehouse experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
