SPL is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Architectural Hardware to drive growth, secure new opportunities, and support the successful delivery of major commercial projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused industry professional with a strong network, and extensive experience within the architectural door hardware sector.
About the role:
Develop and grow relationships with builders, developers, and key stakeholders
Identify and secure new project opportunities across commercial construction sectors
Prepare and present project proposals, specifications, and hardware solutions
Support the successful delivery of awarded projects
Maintain a strong project pipeline and contribute to strategic business growth
About You
You will bring:
Extensive experience within the architectural door hardware industry.
A proven track record delivering medium to large commercial projects across various sectors.
Strong business development skills, with demonstrated success winning new work.
Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and the NCC relating to doors and hardware.
Experience interpreting specifications and drawings to prepare hardware schedules and project proposals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
