Join Our Team – Caravan Parts Advisor
Are you passionate about caravanning, camping, and helping customers find the right solutions? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Caravan Parts Advisor to join our growing team.
As a Caravan Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for customers seeking caravan spare parts, accessories, and technical advice. You'll help customers identify the correct products, manage stock enquiries, and provide exceptional service both in-store and over the phone.
Assist customers in selecting caravan parts, accessories, and replacement components
Provide expert advice and product recommendations
Process sales, quotations, and orders accurately
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers
Maintain stock levels and organise inventory
Answer phone, email, and online enquiries
Work closely with workshop and service teams to source required parts
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
Previous experience in caravan, automotive, RV, marine, or parts interpreting industries (preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer and inventory management skills
Ability to identify and source parts efficiently
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of caravan systems and accessories is highly regarded
