We're looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist with a minimum of 3 years' experience who is motivated, energetic, and ready to grow with a clinic that is rapidly building a reputation for excellence.

Located in the beautiful Brickworks precinct, The Skin Element is a premium aesthetic clinic offering advanced skin treatments in a luxurious and welcoming environment. You'll work alongside experienced Cosmetic Nurses and Dermal Therapists who are passionate about education, client outcomes, and continuous growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing professional skin consultations and creating customised treatment plans

• Performing advanced skin and aesthetic treatments with confidence (comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship provided)

• Delivering exceptional client experiences and outstanding treatment outcomes

• Building long-term client relationships through education and ongoing care

• Recommending appropriate skincare and treatment programs based on client goals

• Following up with clients to support their treatment journey and ensure optimal results

• Maintaining accurate treatment records and client follow-up

• Contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture

• Working towards individual and clinic goals while always prioritising client care

• Proactively supporting the growth of the business through exceptional service, client retention, and relationship building

Who You Are

A key part of this role is building long-term relationships with clients. You are confident picking up the phone, following up consultations, checking in on treatment progress, nurturing client relationships, and guiding clients through long-term treatment plans. You understand that exceptional client care doesn't end when a client leaves the treatment room.

You are not afraid to have meaningful conversations about treatment plans, skincare, and ongoing client care. You understand that helping clients achieve the best results often requires a long-term approach and consistent follow-up.

You are passionate about skin, committed to continuous learning, and excited by the opportunity to work alongside experienced Cosmetic Nurses and Dermal Therapists who will support your professional growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dermal Therapist or Skin Therapist

• Strong understanding of skin physiology, skincare ingredients, and treatment planning

• Confidence in client consultations and treatment recommendations

• Experience with advanced skin treatments is highly regarded

• A genuine passion for helping clients achieve exceptional results

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable discussing treatment plans, skincare recommendations, and ongoing client care

• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude

• A growth mindset and willingness to learn

• Someone who is commercially minded, motivated, and excited by contributing to a growing business

• A team player who takes pride in delivering a premium client experience
